Loyalty Lab Brandpulse uses a proprietary promo code technology and system to associate a brand's promotions, product purchases, and activities to individual consumers. Unique one-time use codes can be associated with a channel promotion, on-package contest, product SKU, or activity. Consumers then get credit for their purchases or activities by entering or redeeming their code by texting, using an app, or visiting a site.

Loyalty Lab Brandpulse handles code validation and the accrual or instant conversion to the reward or benefit. Response and consumer data for multiple promotions and campaigns are aggregated over time, analyzed, and stored in our data warehouse.

Segmentation and Targeting

A database of a brand's consumers and their associated attributes and actions is a critical asset for an on-going relationship marketing program.
