Releases Seventh Major Software Update of 2009

San Francisco, CA (PRWeb) October 8, 2009 – Loyalty Lab, Inc. announced its seventh software release of 2009 today, adding enhanced functionality for loyalty program management, customer care, promotional offer targeting, ad hoc reporting, and email deliverability reporting. The release also includes numerous performance enhancements to data processing, API responsiveness, real-time scoring, and ad hoc query speeds.

A Commitment to Market Leadership in Customer Loyalty Technology

The release is the 33rd since the company was founded in 2003 and continues the company's fanatical focus on technology innovation, continuous improvement, and market needs. As with every prior release, capabilities are available to clients immediately.
