  • Matt Howland, CEO

    Matt served in many roles at Loyalty Lab before his promotion to CEO in 2009. After joining the company in 2005, Matt served as CTO, running all engineering initiatives within the company in addition to overseeing operations. During this tenure he oversaw the architecture and deployment of some of the nation's largest loyalty program launches.

    Prior to joining Loyalty Lab he helped Fortune 500 companies and government agencies design and scale custom enterprise solutions at his consulting firm. Earlier in Matt's career he served as a technical architect at DefenseWeb Technologies, delivering some of the first web-based information platforms to the Department of Defense.

  • Keith Rose, President

    In his role as President Keith is the driving force for continuing the phenomenal growth at Loyalty Lab.

    Keith has more than two decades of industry success and experience. He is known as an innovator in the marketing industry and has driven many successful breakthroughs including highly successful loyalty, rewards, Social, email, mobile and CRM programs for major brands such as Visa, United Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Macy's, Wal-mart, Wells Fargo, HP and others.

    Keith has held several other executive roles in his career including EVP of Carlson Marketing Group, Vice President at Charles Schwab and was an Award Winning Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. Keith has 10 patents and is an active advisor for other partner companies in the industry.

  • Mark H. Goldstein, Chairman

    Mark, a recognized expert in consumer loyalty services and best customer management systems, is the Co-founder and Chairman of Loyalty Lab Inc. A five-time serial entrepreneur, he co-founded BlueLight.com and served as its President and CEO. During his tenure at BlueLight, he launched its successful e-commerce shopping site, built its private label internet service to almost seven million members and installed 3,600 kiosks in Kmart stores.

    Prior to his experience with the national retailer, Mark served as VP of Shopping at Inktomi (now a part of Yahoo), a software company that acquired Impulse! Buy Network, a web merchandising specialist that he founded in 1997 as its CEO. Earlier, Mark founded NetAngels, a web profiling firm (now a part of Microsoft), and before that he founded online gaming and trading firm Reality Online (now part of Reuters) where he served as President for over seven years. Mark has served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at both New Enterprise Associates and SOFTBANK Venture Capital. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he attended the Wharton School and today serves on the Penn Library Board of Overseers.

    Mark is a current or former Board of Advisor or Director at Salesforce, Bluefly, Bix.com (now Yahoo!), SocialMedia, Stylehive, Rapleaf, NapaStyle, Hawkeye Brewing Technologies, TradePoint Solutions (now DemandTec) and CommerceHub and is active in a number of environmental causes.

  • Michael Greenberg, Chief Marketing Officer

    Michael has worked in several roles since joining the company in 2004, and currently oversees marketing. Before joining Loyalty Lab in 2004, Michael was VP of Marketing for Galyans, a publicly traded specialty retailer (now part of Dick's Sporting Goods). At Galyans, he ran relationship, direct, credit, and interactive marketing, including management of the company's highly successful Rewards and Preferred Customer programs. Before that, Michael held management positions with several startups in e-commerce services after starting his career at Macy's West.

  • David Rosen, SVP, Strategy and Channel Development

    As a member of Loyalty Lab's leadership team, David has responsibility for spearheading Loyalty Lab's intellectual capital and building and managing its strategic sales channels. David has designed innovative loyalty programs for dozens of top national brands in the multi-channel retail, consumer goods and services, media and travel industries. Prior to joining Loyalty Lab in 2006, David held the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing for MyPoints, the Internet's largest and most active loyalty program. David was also a partner in Oliver Wyman's retail and consumer practice where he focused on consumer-driven strategies for companies in North America, Asia and Europe. David is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

  • Graham Blankenbaker, VP, Engineering

    Graham is Vice President of Engineering at Loyalty Lab, where he manages application development, quality assurance, integration, and operations teams responsible for innovating and scaling the Loyalty Lab product suite.

    Graham was formerly Director of Engineering at Six Apart, where he led a team of distinguished engineers that built TypePad, the premier hosted blogging service. Prior to Six Apart, Graham was the software architect and development manager at United BioSource Corporation, where he guided technical strategy as the company scaled rapidly. Graham held leadership roles with several startups at the outset of his career, covering a broad variety of disciplines that included financial services, real estate marketing, and health care.

    Graham holds a B.S. in computer science from McGill University, where he contributed research to Grid and peer-to-peer computing projects.
